After four years, I am beginning to run out of superlatives to describe the service, care and dedication of your people, both at home and in Turkey. 
To arrive at Keci at three o'clock in the morning to be met by Helen's full team and two strong men to carry one's bags more than compensated for XL's 6 hour delay.  To find the bunks made up, the boat stored for breakfast and all we had to do was to fall into bed, was just overwhelming.  Similarly, Nigel's response to the XL crisis was typical; calm, professional, unflustered, he and his team totally removed all stress and worry.  He even found us a boat to borrow.  I just cannot praise you and your people too highly or recommend Top Yacht too strongly.

I would like to express our thanks for an excellently organised and most enjoyable holiday at your Keci Buku base. The chartered boat was very fully equipped and sailed excellently. In fact we sailed so much of the time and ran the engine so little that we only used 18 litres of diesel and ran the batteries flat ! I would like particularly to mention Sarah, who with Helen and  Nick dealt with our return home faultlessly after XL airlines failed.In fact we enjoyed a day on the beach at the hotel she found for us  and she ensured that we were sent to Dalman airport as close as possible to check-in time.I would be grateful if you would convey our thanks to them all.

We had a great time on Stella, it was the best yacht we have ever chartered. There was nothing we could think of that was missing form the boat, we particularly liked the i-pod connection! and the bow thrusters made a lot of difference too!!
As always all Top Yacht staff were amazingly friendly and helpful with nothing being too much trouble. Our friends had not sailed with you before but they will be repeating the experience!!  The whole experience from booking to transfer home was smooth and expertly dealt with - thank you. We look forward to our next trip with you on a Top Yacht boat.

We had our best sailing holiday ever and I really dont know what Top Yacht could have done to make it any better !!!
I harrassed Lee near to death and he was always patient ,friendly and full of useful info. Helen was great and wonderfully helpful when we needed her advice to get medical treatment for our daughter. As an aside, the help we received at the Hetman Hospital in Marmaris would not be matched in the UK and certainly not in SA!  Nick was obviously her right hand man and very user friendly. Voyager was in perfect condition and I would like her owner to know how much we enjoyed his/her boat. Having recently read the S****** Owners intranet I can assure him his boat is with the right people!
All the above applies to Nigel and his team in Gocek.

Just a short note to thank you so much for your kind and excellent attention - not to mention patience - in the week before our departure - the break last week was fantastic but not long enough - just the tonic we all needed. Your itineries were also excellent.  We'll certainly be 'back for more' and, incidentally, Nigel Fright was brilliant - a real 'find' as your base manager.

We have just returned from our sailing holiday in Turkey and we would all like to say what a fantastic time we had on Stella - without a doubt this is the best sailing charter we have ever been on. The whole process from booking the holiday to leaving the yacht in Gocek was flawless and a credit the whole Top Yacht team. We were all extremely impressed with the presentation and condition of your yachts and I know this does not happen by accident - it takes a lot of effort from all the staff involved.
Please pass on our thanks to Helen (in Keki Buku) and Nigel (in Gocek) - they are both excellent managers and lead very happy teams. We are already planning a return visit next year.
