All bookings require the party leader to complete a Booking Form acknowledging and agreeing to our Booking Conditions, validating yacht insurance and to ensure we have the correct holiday booked for you! On receipt of your deposit and booking form we will send an official Confirmation Invoice and Travel Itinerary. For some charter companies there may be an additional contract or more in-depth sailing resume to complete, and we will send these with your charter confirmation. For destinations requiring an official sailing certificate/VHF licence, we will require copies prior to your departure to forward to the base team in preparation for your arrival. For all charters we recommend that clients should take any certificates and logbooks that they may have.

Advance Passenger Information
(APIS)

The UK Border Agency now requires that all passengers departing the UK must
give passport information prior to departure. Without this information
you may be refused boarding. Details required are full name, date of
birth, passport number, valid from and to dates, issuing country and
nationality. We are working on a system that will save having to ask the
same information again for your crew lists/booking forms, so if it does
appear that you keep giving us the same info, please bear with us!
