We particularly welcome applications from Turkish nationals with English language skills.

We offer an enjoyable outdoor lifestyle and pay scales which are competitive for the industry. Energy, enthusiasm and adaptability are essential for all posts, together with the ability to handle clients and solve practical problems.

Management posts are hands-on rather than office-based, and require a practical engineering or technical background as well as organisational and administrative skills. Prior experience in yacht charter would be an advantage.

Engineer applicants must have broad knowledge and understanding of sailing yachts and their systems and equipment, and relevant practical experience.

General assistant positions are open to those with some office experience and an interest in sailing: experience in the tourism industry or customer relations would be an advantage.
